| Bathmate's accordion shaped pump and its penis cylinder are combined in a single unit which is different from air powered penis pumps. The length of the Bathmate is 10 inches, the inside diameter is 2.125 inches, which makes an excellent basis for training for most guys (contact us for larger sizes). The system works like a plunger where the accordion is compressed to push water out of the unit and create the vacuum, you can remove water from the unit either by pushing the unit into your body with your hands, or by thrusting your hips and pushing your body into the unit (the latter was a lot of fun in our testing sessions, you basically hump your way to a pumped up penis). The device features a quick release valve at the tip of the cylinder which can easily decrease the pressure inside the tube if at any point you feel the pressure has become too high.
